PROFILE AND EXPERIENCE OF THE CHIEF ARCHITECT AND THE COMPANY'S CEO

Arch. Živorad Lisičić is THE CHIEF ARCHITECT AND CITY Inženjering d.o.o's CEO.

In the 80s, firstly he became the leading project programme architect in the Urban Planning Institute of Belgrade and then the director. This practice enabled him, apart from working on very complex architectural problems of the city, to gain experience in the areas of land preparation and building construction sites, infrastructural networks and the relocation issues.

A significant achievement in this period was the awarded solution for the RAILWAY STATION PROKOP IN BELGARDE (with group of authors).

In 1990, together with his wife arh. Branislava Lisičić, he opened the architectural project company CITY Inženjering d.o.o.. The work on significant buildings began quickly - for example, HEADQUARTERS OF THE CENTRAL BANK OF THE RUSSIAN FEDERATION in Moscow, SAHA CREDIT BANK and THE MINISTRY OF FINANCE in Yakutsk , HOTEL 5* "BLACK SEA" and a large number of hotels at Black Sea and northern Caucus for the needs of the Russian Railways. For the needs of the presdent's office we designed and built residencies of the President of the Russian Federation and of the Minster of Russian Railways. As part of luxurious housing construction building, ROŽDESTVENIE and BLAGODAT condominiums were built.

By working on the above mentioned projects, we mastered the construction technology of buildings such as banks, hotels, spa, shopping centres, business centres, buildings for special purposes, VIP residencies, housing buildings, sports facilities and public transport buildings.

In the preparation of project design solutions, the practice was developed in which it was customary for the investor to be given suggestions for project programme solutions, technical requirements, initial concept design solutions, etc.

By overseeing the realisation of the projects from the reference list, the practice of supervision of the project building was mastered since this is of vital importance for the final solution of project building.
